The two council workers trudged further through the sewers. Something flashed in front of them. "What the hell was that?"
"I dunno mate, but lets get out of here!"
The two council workers turned and ran. As they vanished out of sight, two hideous creatures appeared out of the darkness. The taller of the two creatures spoke, "Close Radu. Way too close."
"I agree." The other creature said. " Buff must be informed. The outside kindred are jepordizing our kingdom still."
The two creatures stood there for a while and then the one called Radu spoke again, "What do we do with this one?" He indicated the staked kindred on the ground next to them.
There was some silence, then the taller creature spoke, "I suppose we had better return her to the one that rules the city above." Yet more silence followed. "But he has been a little angry lately." More silence followed.
After some time Radu spoke again. "Draw straws for it?"
